As much as you might try and wish it away, fear doesn’t magically disappear. In fact, the truth is that fear is here to stay.

Your brain is designed to assess threats and opportunities and keep you alert to possible danger. That’s a good thing, and a bad thing.

When you don’t have the tools to help you discern between fear you should pay attention to, and fear that gets in the way of you reaching your goals, the result is doubt, frustration and lack of faith in your abilities.

Week 1

Self Awareness Week

To get to where you want to go, you’ve got to know where you’re starting. During this week we focus on building your awareness in the following areas:
  • Self talk
  • What’s actually happening versus the stories you’re telling yourself about what’s happening
  • Strategies for facing fear

Week 2

Boundary Bootcamp

The river exists because of the banks. The banks create a powerful container in which the water flows powerfully. In this week we focus on strategies for:
  • Setting clear boundaries
  • Experiencing freedom through discipline
  • Reframing the self-imposed limiting boundaries you place on yourself that keep you from achieving your goals

Week 3

Power up your Mornings

What you choose to do first thing in the morning sets your day up for success or for challenge. This week we focus on:
  • Morning routine as nervous system regulation that powers up or disempowers your mindset
  • The power of small, consistent actions over time to yield big results
  • The importance of habit stacking for mental agility mastery

Week 4

Yoga Week

Strengthen and stretch your body for better performance and greater present moment awareness. This week we focus on:
  • Alignment based yoga for injury prevention, strength and flexibility
  • How to breathe for stress reduction and calm in the face of fear
  • Increasing body and present moment awareness through mindful practice

Week 5

Sleep Week

Mental agility mastery requires sleep and rest. The science is clear that lack of sleep impairs cognitive function and physical performance. This week we focus on:
  • What sleep research shows about the link between rest and mindset
  • How to create an effective bedtime routine for optimal sleep
  • Strategies for falling back to sleep when you’re sleep is disrupted

Week 6

Food For Thought

Your gut is your second brain. What you eat can either support a confident mindset, or cause brain fog and negatively affect your mood. This week we focus on:
  • How your gut-brain axis works and why you should know
  • Eating the rainbow
  • When you eat is just as important as what you eat for mental clarity.

Week 7

Community Week

Healthy and diverse relationships are key for mental agility. When you’re feeling challenged and facing fear you want to feel supported and support others. This week we’ll focus on:
  • Strategies for being responsible, powerful and empowering in community
  • How to communicate effectively without making others wrong
  • How to gather different perspective

Week 8

Hard Moves in Easy Water

If you want to improve your mental agility in challenging situations it’s important to practice hard moves on easy water first to gain experience and confidence. This week we’ll focus on:
  • Challenging yourself in low consequence situations
  • How to build a strong foundation of skills
  • Reverse engineering your goals to achieve them
