How it Works
Arrive and check-in at OKS the afternoon of August 11th - dinner at 6:30 p.m.
Monday - Saturday
Morning yoga class with Anna
Breakfast
Leave for the river
Lunch on the river
Return to the Manor by 4 p.m.
Sauna (optional)
Video review and debrief
