How it Works:

  • 30 minute phone call to discuss your goals and talk about how the day will work. I’ll give you an early morning routine to follow before we meet on our scheduled day.
  • We’ll meet and have breakfast together – a simple, healthy breakfast that I’ll prep, and we’ll cook together so you gain experience in cooking easy Ayurvedic meals.
  • After breakfast I’ll do an initial consult that’s all about YOU! I listen attentively to your health and wellness goals, daily routines and diet.
  • From what you’ve told me I create a custom health transformation plan based on my knowledge, study and practice of the ancient science of Ayurveda (whose efficacy is now being proven by modern science). This plan shows you where and how to start optimizing your health!
  • We’ll cook an easy, healthy and delicious lunch together so you gain experience cooking for your constitution and the current season.
  • We’ll practice mindful eating and strategies for optimizing digestion.
  • In the afternoon we’ll get into the details of the season and balancing your diet and lifestyle for both the season and your constitution.
  • We’ll go for a walk outside and talk about exercise strategies that you can truly implement.
  • A healthy bedtime routine for optimal circadian rhythm and health is important, and we’ll cover the steps for your nighttime routine.
  • The last thing we’ll do is discuss where you may get stuck in your mindset, how your mind may sabotage your new health initiative and how to work though the resistance to a healthier you.
  • Leave with the tools and knowledge you need for your health reset.
  • Receive access to and support from me through the implementation phase of your transformation plan.
  • 30 minute follow-up call 2 weeks after our day together to answer questions, make changes and follow up.
