One-on-One Coaching with Anna – 6 months

How it Works:

  1. We start with a 90 minute initial consult over Zoom that’s all about YOU! I listen attentively to your health, wellness and mindset goals, daily routines and diet preferences.
  2. From what you’ve told me, and what I observe, I assess YOUR unique constitution and create a custom health and mindset transformation plan to meet your goals.
  3. We schedule a 60 minute follow up every 2 weeks for as long as your program runs ( 90 days, 6 months or 1 year) to keep you on track and reaching your goals.
  4. You receive access to and support from me throughout the implementation phase of your transformation plan ( 90 days, 6 months, 1 year). Text my personal cell phone, email or message me anytime between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.
  5. You become a healthier, more confident and courageous you.
